By purchasing a subscription or service from The Closing Code AI ("we", "us", "the Company"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

The Closing Code AI provides the following digital software services delivered via a client portal:
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on the same date each month. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
One-time setup fees are charged at the time of purchase and are non-refundable after onboarding has been completed (see Refund Policy, Section 5).
If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times within 7 days. After 3 failed attempts, the service will be paused until payment is resolved.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions mid-billing cycle.
The client is responsible for:
Results depend on the client's existing sales process, lead quality, and closer team adoption. We do not guarantee specific closing rate increases beyond what is stated in the 30-day guarantee below.
We stand behind the results of our system. If your team's closing rate does not improve within the first 30 days of active use, we will refund your most recent monthly payment — no questions asked.

The Closing Cuántico methodology, all AI prompts, system architecture, reports, frameworks, and The Closing Code AI brand are the exclusive intellectual property of Mauricio Gallmur / The Closing Code AI. Clients may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the methodology or system.
Sales call recordings, CRM data, and lead information provided by the client remain the exclusive property of the client. We will never share, sell, or use this data for purposes other than delivering the subscribed service.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

The Closing Code AI provides software tools and AI-assisted analysis. We are not responsible for:
Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lima, Peru.
For international clients, both parties agree that disputes may alternatively be resolved via binding arbitration under the ICC Rules.
We reserve the right to update these Terms with 30 days advance notice to active clients via email. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
