We collect the following information when you use our platform or purchase a subscription:
2.1 Information you provide directly:
- Full name and email address (when booking a diagnosis call or purchasing)
- Company name and role
- Phone number (optional, for onboarding)
- Payment information (processed by Lemon Squeezy — we never store card details)
2.2 Information collected automatically:
- IP address and browser type
- Pages visited and time spent on site
- Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
- UTM parameters and referral source
2.3 Business information (from clients):
- Sales call recordings provided voluntarily for AI analysis (Fase 2 — AI Closer Coach)
- CRM data from GoHighLevel (only what the client grants access to)
- Lead and contact information from client's pipeline

We use collected information to:
- Deliver and operate the software services you subscribed to
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send service-related notifications (system updates, reports, alerts)
- Generate AI-powered call analysis reports for subscribed clients

- Send weekly performance reports to subscribed clients
We do not:

- Use your sales call data to train models for other clients
- Send unsolicited marketing emails without consent

5. Data Retention / Retención de Datos
- Client account data: Retained for the duration of the subscription + 90 days after cancellation
- Call recordings and transcriptions: Retained for 12 months, then permanently deleted unless the client requests earlier deletion
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by standard accounting practices
- Website analytics: Retained for 26 months (Google Analytics default)
Clients may request deletion of their data at any time by emailing hola@theclosingcodeai.com.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Payment data never stored on our servers (handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy)
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended exclusively for business professionals (B2B). We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify active clients via email.
